Where Standard Shipping is available

We deliver to United States addresses only. Every US order qualifies for free Standard Shipping, without a minimum purchase requirement. Any taxes due under applicable law remain separate from this shipping offer and are shown at checkout.

Allow for both preparation and transit

Order processing ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. Once the shipment leaves fulfillment, the estimated carrier transit period is 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded from these business-day estimates. They are not a promise of delivery on a particular date; unusual carrier delays or other disruptions can extend the journey.

Following your parcel

Dispatch information and a tracking reference are sent to the order email address. A carrier may not show movement until the first parcel scan. Please check those updates, then contact us with the order and tracking numbers when a shipment appears delayed or lost.

Address errors and delivery problems

Tell us promptly if the delivery address needs correcting. After dispatch, changing the destination may no longer be possible. For damage, missing goods or a delivery to the wrong place, send a description and any relevant photos together with your order details. We will investigate with the appropriate delivery service and explain the next steps rather than leave you to resolve the problem alone.
