Simple Modern listings describe the relevant bottle, tumbler, accessory, bag or other offered item. Capacity, compatibility, dimensions, materials, included components and care or safety instructions are specific to that listing. Screen colors can differ from physical appearance. We do not extend the features of one model to every product in the range.

Availability, amounts and order review

Prices and stock availability can change. All checkout amounts are in USD, and applicable taxes are charged according to law. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order, not unconditional acceptance regardless of stock or payment review. If an error or supply issue affects your order, we will contact you about the appropriate correction, cancellation or refund, respecting mandatory consumer rights.

They describe free Standard Shipping within the US, the stated processing and transit estimates, the 30-day return request period and merchant-paid eligible return transport. Do not misuse the site for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, interference with other users or infringement of rights.
